The tank is featured by the fact that the water outlet conduit is furnished with a receiving device consisting of a pipe connection and an apron, the apron is made in the form of a bowl-shaped settler, whose bottom is positioned below the surface of the central part of the floating cover, and the pipe connection is furnished at least with two branches, one end of each branch is attached to the upper part of the pipe connection, and the other (the free one) hang loose over the settler bottom forming a slotted gap.
