FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of devices intended for transmission of torque from diesel engine to vehicle wheels and thus creating traction force. Under traction conditions, adhesion weight maximum utilization factor and minimum and maximum loads on tractor axles are provided owing to the fact that frame of each bogie is hinge connected by ends with main frame or body by two tie-rods, one of which is directed forwards, and the other, backwards, one tie-rod directed forwards, and arranged at angles to horizon defined by mathematical dependence. EFFECT: equalized vertical loads on wheels, decreased and killed wobbling of wheels and galloping on straight sections of track. 4 dwg
