SUBSTANCE: device has power supply, control element, comparison unit, signal converter, speed transducer, power amplifier, power amplifier control unit, and electric motor; control element is, essentially, voltage divider with resistor inserted in one of its sides and photoresistor, in its other side; photoresistor has light- tight blind for varying its resistance; comparison unit is built around two equal-conductance transistors; speed transducer signal converter uses single-transistor emitter follower circuit arrangement; speed transducer has light-emitting diode, photoresistor, and annular slotted blind mounted on motor shaft; power amplifier is built around transistor and its control unit is, essentially, relaxation generator incorporating two transistors with storage capacitor.
