SUBSTANCE: method involves performing transvaginal puncture of inflammatory formation in uterus appendage under ultrasonic control, pus mass is evacuated, microflora sensitivity is determined relative to antibiotics and to basic antibacterial therapy. Immobilized proteolytic immozymase enzyme is introduced into the abscess cavity after evacuating pus contents and lymphotropic administration of antibiotics into inguinal lymphatic nodes is concurrently done. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in evacuating pus; maximum antibiotic doses created in regional lymphatic vessels; avoided surgical intervention. 2 tbl
