FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dehydration of native Tambukans dirt (natural moisture is 50-60%) by squeezing out under loading to residual moisture 20-40%. Dirt is extracted with oil and ethanol at mass ratio = 1.5 : 0.5 : 1.0, respectively, at 98-100 C up to the concentration of total carotinoid content in separate sample 22 mg%, not less. Obtained concentrate is diluted with sterile oil at ratio 1 : 9 and sterilized at 125-130 C for 2-3 h.
