FIELD: polymer materials in food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to plastics used in production of a variety of thermoformed articles including packaging materials and consumer's containers for foods. Composition of invention, containing (in wt parts for 100 wt parts of cellulose diacetate): glycerol triacetate-based plasticizer 35, calcium stearate 0.3, ultramarine 0.008, and titanium dioxide 3, is distinguished by that above-indicated plasticizer is a mixture of 25-34 wt parts of glycerol triacetate and 1-10 wt parts of di-C10-C12- alkyladipate. EFFECT: improved processing and working characteristics. 2 tbl, 4 ex
