SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying prime layer based on composition containing epoxy resin, electrocorundum and hardener onto degreased surface, drying it till it peels off, applying isolating layer composed of epoxy resin, Bakelite varnish, diabasic powder, electrocorundum, glass fiber, hardened and subsequently drying said layer till it peels off, applying plasticizing layer composed of epoxy resin, dispersion of iron minium in drying oil, hardener and acetone and subsequently drying said layer till it becomes solidified.
