FIELD: treatment of fluid for hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: unit is intended for producing highly-dispersive working fluid and delivery it into hydraulic systems of various types of hydraulically-operated machinery and equipment. Unit has following main components: tank for emulsifier, tank for working fluid, three-way valves, feed-up dispersing pump, jet-vortex dispersers, pump setups, automatic relief setups, hydraulic control panel, hydraulic pressure line, discharge line, hydraulic return line, and pressure-reduction setup. Aforesaid unit allows for producing working fluid directly at underground mineral-extraction site or on surface of mine, and what is very important, taking place in process of operation of unit is continuous regeneration of working fluid by means of dispersing devices of various types. Application of aforesaid embodiment of unit allows for enhancing efficiency of emulsification and dispersing of working fluid due to use of jet-vortex dispersers ensuring additional treatment of working fluid in hydraulic system without high power-input.
