Vessel is buried in each section so as to define slit-shaped channel for vertical flowing of water containing petroleum products. Rigid filtering charge is positioned in each section in space between buried vessel and section bottom. Filtering charge is fixed on grid. Apparatus is equipped with two hydraulic gates.
