FIELD: armament, in particular, warheads of strategic and antimissile defence missiles. SUBSTANCE: nuclear warhead of strategic and antimissile defence missiles has two subcritical parts of uranium (U235), cylindrical barrel; the inner surface of the subcritical part of uranium made in the form of a hollow cylinder functions as barrel. The other part is made in the form of a solid cylinder with a hole with a thermal tube press-fitted in it, it pushes against a spring. The inner warhead movement is accomplished with the aid of an air cylinder, by-pass tubes, rod-rack, toothed wheel, screw pneumatic motor and a screw compressor.
