FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves additionally administering cryogenic applications to lateral surfaces of injured joints using cryoapplicators frozen at minus 12-14 C during 10-15 min daily each time before applying ultrasonic irradiation of the joint area in continuous mode according to labile method with 0.7-0.8 W/cm2 intensity during 6-10 min. Total course is 8-10 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing functional contractures and pain syndrome in acute phase of disease.
