FIELD: machine-tool industry. SUBSTANCE: screw-cutting machine has blank assembly, tool assembly and adjustment link. It also includes hydraulic step drives in chains of longitudinal and transverse movement of tool and hydraulic pulse generators positioned in adjust links of hydraulic step drives. To simplify construction of machine and to enhance accuracy due to reducing the extension of kinematic chains by removal of number of mechanical transmissions, machine is provided with auxiliary hydraulic step drives arranged in step increment and profile depth chains and coupled kinematically through differentials with chains of tool line and cross feed, respectively.
