SUBSTANCE: diesel fuel-based composition with phthalic acid ester additive is distinguished by said ester being dibutyl phthalate and additionally containing 0.0015-0.0035% of mixture of oligoalkylsiloxanes (linear oligodimethylsiloxane with cinematic viscosity 1000 sq. mm/s and linear oligodimethylsiloxane with cinematic viscosity 1000 sq.mm/s oligodiethylsiloxane with cinematic viscosity 200-500 sq.mm/s at 2:2 ratio, and 0.0045-0.0073% of 1-butanol.
