METHOD FOR ERECTION OF STRATIFIED MONOLITHIC WALL AND HOLLOW CERAMIC STONE USED IN IT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method relates to production of stratified monolithic wall of shuttering type of enhanced performance characteristics with use of ceramic stones of single type-size. Method implies creation of internal surface and external surface from shuttering members and filling space with concrete mix. Used in function of shuttering members are hollow ceramic stones having slots in their side faces. Slots in one side face are made in the form of dovetail along stone. In parallel side face slots are made to depth equal to 1/20-1/30 of thickness of ceramic stone and they imitate brickwork. Used in function of concrete mix is mix containing following components, mas.%: ash produced by burning of industrial and domestic effluent of municipal activities, 25-40; portland cement, 40-25; aluminium powder, 0.1-0.15; water, the balance. Prier to filling space with concrete mix, internal surface and external surface of wall are additionally connected by members with ends made in the form of dovetail. They interact with slots in ceramic stones. Concrete mix is poured into space in multiple equal portions. Amount of each portion is determined according to formula: V/F, where V - amount of concrete mix, cu.m; F - area of space to be filled with concrete mix, sq.m. Used according to aforesaid method is hollow ceramic stone with slot-like through-hollows which are parallel to one of stone faces. Also provided are partitions between them and slots located in two parallel faces along stone. Slots in one face of stone are made in the form of dovetail. Slots in opposite face are made in the form of rectangle with depth equal to 1/20-1/30 of ceramic stone thickness, and they imitate brickwork. Application of aforesaid invention allows for improving thermal insulation of wall. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
