FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed transmission can be used as central or final hydromechanical gearbox with two or more ranges in different crawler or wheeled vehicles. Hydromechanical transmission has housing, two hydraulic machines, one of which is made regulated. Driving and driven shafts, two planetary differential forming planetary four-member unit, matching gearbox and controlled toothed couplings. Kinematic diagram of hydromechanical transmission provides possibility of arrangement of hydraulic motor driven in separate housing which can turn around axle of planetary differentials occupying different spatial positions and creating configuration of hydrostatic transmission to suit layout of vehicle. EFFECT: enhanced arrangement properties of hydromechanical transmission, improved change-over process and time of changing over of gears. 2 dwg
