FIELD: military equipment. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in missile launching, separation of the zero stage and missile control on the trajectory; the strength of the control command signal is decreased by the moment of the beginning of separation of the zero stage, and after the separation of the zero stage the strength of the control command signal is restored to the initial level. The method of firing is realized by a missile complex including a launcher, missile with separating stages and a control system; the control system is provided with a programmer of the decrease of the strength of the control commands, switched on by the moment of the beginning of separation of the zero stage and switched off after its separation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to reduction of loads in the separation assembly and angular disturbances obtained by the sustainer stage at separation of the zero stage. 3 cl, 3 dwg
