FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting the epiphysis area to laser radiation beam action. The laser beam is modulated by pulse, breathing gages and tremor frequency pulse oscillator with carrier frequency of 22.5 ± 1 kHz. The device has pulse gage, the first former-amplifier, the first potentiometer connected in series. The middle outlet of the potentiometer is connected to the first inlet of adder unit. Breathing gage, the second former-amplifier, the second potentiometer are connected in series. The middle outlet of the second potentiometer is connected to the second inlet of the adder unit. Adder outlet is connected to the first inlet of the commutated adder unit. The tremor frequency pulse oscillator and the carrier frequency pulse oscillator outlets are connected to the second and the third inlets of the commutated adder unit. Three laser radiators are connected to the commutated adder unit outlet. Outlets of the laser radiators are positioned on three sides of patient head. The following parameters are controlled at the outlet of every laser radiator. Irradiated area is 10-50 cm2, mean power density is 3-6 mW/cm2, wavelength is in the bandwidth of 0.8-1.3 mcm.
