FIELD: transport machine engineering, namely methods for tuning assembling-welding attachment, possibly in automobile manufacture. SUBSTANCE: tuning of assembling-welding attachment is realized at use of welding robot. At aligning counter-electrodes are preliminarily displaced from welded surface. End of electrode of welding robot placed in predetermined coordinate system is fed in fixed coordinates to each counter-electrode. The counter-electrode is raised to end of electrode while taking into account thickness of welded parts and it is fixed. EFFECT: possibility of effective tuning of attachment without use of master-model, enhanced quality of welding due to reduced errors of attachment and possibility for correcting errors of welded parts. 3 dwg
