Bridge sections are installed on frame consisting of at least two parts for separation into at least two parts. In this case, at least one of them is installed for horizontal displacement. Circumference of blanket cylinder in ready state for operation is twice as large as circumference of plate cylinder ready for operation and comprises its integer multiple value. Plate cylinder is in contact with respective blanket cylinder in upper half of its periphery. The characteristics make it possible to devise machine short in length using paper web of large width with small diameter of plate cylinder. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 9 cl, 7 dwg
