FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, for measuring active resistance or complex impedance, which is greater than 100 kOhm for direct current circuits of electric equipment which are supplied by voltage of 1000 V and higher. SUBSTANCE: device has sine-shaped stabilized voltage generator, which output is connected to first input of analog multiplier and input of sine-shaped voltage amplifier, which output is connected via isolating member to first terminal for connection of monitored object and to first terminal of resistive voltage divider, which second terminal is connected to second terminal and ground. Middle point is connected through isolating capacitor and matching amplifier to second input of analog multiplier, which output is connected through low-pass integrating filter to input of information processing and displaying device.
