FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has limb, astragalar and tibial parts. The limb is designed as a fin made of two trapezoid plates centrally intersecting at an angle of 90 deg and placed on horizontal ring-shaped base having an opening in the center coming into limb vertically upward as conic contact surface. The tibial part is manufactured as concave sphere with a cone on the proximal plane for making connection with the conic contact surface of the limb. The astragalar part has the shape of spherical segment which external surface is made as convex sphere for being coupled with the concave surface of the tibial part. The limb, astragalar and tibial parts are to be implanted separately. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating severe degenerative dystrophic and post-traumatic arthroses of the talocrural articulation with marked pain syndrome and contracture resistant to treatment. 5 dwg
