FIELD: satellite and ground communication systems. SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of system has reference oscillator, generator of clock and carrier frequencies, multiplier, two mixers, synchronization unit, two gates, commutator, adder, power branching circuit, two amplitude modulators, paraphase amplifier, and transmitting antenna. Receiving part of device has receiving antenna, polarization rotation unit, two adders, subtraction unit, amplitude clipper, narrow-band low-pass filter, synchronous detector, low-pass filter, reference oscillator, two mixers, generator of local oscillator frequencies, frequency and phase detectors. Goal of invention is achieved by second commutator introduced at transmitting part, and two mixers, three maximal value selection circuits, comparison unit, two gates and second frequency detector introduced at receiving part of system.
