FIELD: reagent-free decontamination of radioactive liquid-waste drain of atomic power stations, in particular. SUBSTANCE: biological microfilter has shell divided by partition into clarified water chamber and settlement chamber, driving shaft with upper and lower discs. Filtering partition with aid to lead electric current to it, is made in the form of cones of flexible material mounted coaxially, outer cone being attached to both discs and inner cone being linked to upper disc only. Lower disc is put on driving shaft for reciprocating displacement relative to elastic member. Lower part of driving shaft carries eccentric to deviate driving shaft from vertical with displacement of discs and deformation of partition which leads to breakdown of biofilm and restoration of its filtering capability. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of biological microfilter. 3 dwg
