FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating internal and external orifice of fistula. The fistula passage is treated with laser radiation. Muscular and mucosa defect is sutured through external angle of the wound and the bulk of sphincter muscle embracing the fistula passage. The opposite angle of the wound is sutured. Wound treatment is carried out through hollow tube inserted into it. EFFECT: reduced number of intraoperative and postoperative ease. 1 tbl
