FIELD: rescue equipment used in emergency situations. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has inner flexible vessel with cup-shaped bottom. Open part of vessel is connected to bottom of enclosure-casing of rescue apparatus. Flexible tubes define contours of upper and lower bases of pneumatic carcass, which is enclosed in flexible casing having increased tensile strength and provided with upper horizontal shock-absorbing membrane. Air admission openings in side part of flexible casing are adapted for air flow throttling. Open part of inner flexible vessel may be connected to bottom of enclosure-casing through flexible binders. Upper and lower base may be contoured in the form of regular octagon. Inner vessel bottom may be made in the form of regular octagon and attached to flexible binders at an angle of 22.5 deg to horizontal plane.
