FIELD: shipboard arrangements; submarine periscopes. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with extension-type mast mounted inside it; extension-type mast is provided with piston-and-cylinder unit and antenna secured on piston of hydraulic cylinder. Single-stage hydraulic cylinder is provided with final position sensors; hydraulic cylinder has recess for locking the mast with rod antenna during extension and retraction. Telescopic swivel tube with clamping plate is mounted in parallel with hydraulic cylinder piston. Container for laying the cable is mounted in ship's hull in her CL.
