FIELD: oil-and-gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device has bulk charge of solid fuel material connected with cable-rope. Bulk charge is made in the form of solid cylindrical block with igniter and central round channel. Channel length-diameter ratio is (40-120):1. Rows of transverse through channels with diameter equalling 0.25-1.1 diameters of central round channel are made square to central round channel in charge body over its length. In each row, transverse through channels intersect one another at right angle, and distance along charge length between each two adjacent rows of transverse through channels is equal to ratio of (20-40):1 of length of central round channel to its diameter. The device additionally has segments of solid fuel material protruding from charge block and located on opposite cylindrical surfaces of charge block parallel to axis of its central channel. Segments have longitudinal recesses. The distance between recesses equals outer diameter of cylindrical part of charge block.
