SUBSTANCE: device has two inlets 7 and 8 for hot and cold water respectively with mixing chamber 40, outlet 6 for water mix, temperature-sensitive element 18, which is based on temperature- extension effect and is immersed in water mix, and distribution valve 13, which is controlled by temperature-sensitive element upon its extension and achieves opposite-phase throttling of said channels, which connect inlets 7 and 8 to mixing chamber. This keeps relatively stable temperature of water mix. Inlets 7 and 8 for hot and cold water and outlet 6 for water mix are located in central housing 2, which is located inside valve 13, which is controlled by temperature-sensitive element 18. Outlet 6 is located in center and contains temperature-sensitive element 18. Two inlets 8 and 8 are aside of outlet 6 and are connected to two ring chambers 10 and 11, which are shifted with respect to one another along device axis and are in interaction with valve 13. device may be connected to usage meter to provide thermostatic water-mixing tap.
