Receiving part of device has first and second mixers, local oscillator, first and second intermediate frequency amplifiers, first code sequence generator, first frequency shift unit, synchronization unit, frequency grid generator, matched filter, computing unit, and first information receiver. Goal of invention is achieved by second code sequence generator and gate, which are introduced at transmitting part of device, and second code sequence generator, second frequency shift unit, third mixer, first and second threshold gates, which are introduced at receiving part of device.
