FIELD: digital information transmission, in particular, radio channels for communication to mobile objects, reverse duplex control radio channels and packet radio networks for command communication in front-line regions. SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has first information source, first and second modulators, power amplifier, synchronization unit, frequency grid, code sequence generator, frequency shift unit and carrier generator. Receiving part of device has first and second mixers, local oscillator, first and second intermediate frequency amplifiers, first code sequence generator, first frequency shift unit, synchronization unit, frequency grid generator, matched filter, computing unit, and first information receiver. Goal of invention is achieved by second code sequence generator and gate, which are introduced at transmitting part of device, and second code sequence generator, second frequency shift unit, third mixer, first and second threshold gates, which are introduced at receiving part of device.
