SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes position and motion parameter meter and technical state parameter meter of flying vehicle; position parameter meter of control, indication and warning units; autopilot which are connected in unit for determination of present dangerous factors; safety system includes also control complexity index shaper and control command shaper, motion parameter present limitation shaper, automatic control mode shaper, automatic control operating condition shaper and control signal shaper; motion parameter present limitation shaper is made for taking into account technical state of manned flying vehicle; automatic control operating condition shaper and control signal shaper are used for prevention of motion parameter limitation and for taking into account technical state of manned flying vehicle.
