FIELD: automatic control equipment, in particular, for linear dynamical objects, which parameters are unknown constants or slowly altered parameters. SUBSTANCE: device has controlled object and addition unit. Output of addition unit is connected to both inputs of third multiplier and respective input of fourth multiplier. Output of third multiplier through serial circuit of squarer and second integrator is connected to first input of fourth multiplier, which output is connected to controlled object. In addition device has first multipliers, absolute value calculation units, first integrators and second multipliers. Outputs of controlled object are connected to respective inputs of first multipliers and first inputs of second multipliers. Output of each first multiplier through serial circuit of absolute value calculation unit and first integrator is connected to second input of each second multiplier. Outputs of second multipliers are connected to inputs of addition unit, which output is connected to second inputs of first multipliers.
