FIELD: microwave engineering. SUBSTANCE: filter that may be found useful for communications engineering, radars, television, and measurement technology has two external metal plates with parallel inductance rods in- between, transmitting conductor whose ends are directly connected to conductors of input and output transmission lines, respectively, resonator conductors spaced apart along transmitting conductor and conductively coupled with the latter; some ends of resonator conductors are directly connected to parallel inductance rods, respectively. Resonator conductor length is chosen to be smaller than one fourth of quarter-wavelength with their ends open, or resonator conductor length is chosen to be smaller than half the wavelength with their other ends shorted out at DC current. Newly introduced are conductors intended to provide conductive coupling between resonator conductors and transmitting conductor. Resonator conductors may be, for example, bent in center to ensure conductive- coupling gap between them. EFFECT: improved selectivity. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
