FIELD: TV equipment, in particular, close-circuit TV systems (security purposes), studios, industrial usage TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: complete TV signal is output from complete TV signal source 1. Upon its transmission through coaxial transmission line, device provides galvanic isolation of signal from earth, its amplification, and regulation of its level in interface unit 4, double frequency correction in frequency correction unit 5 with respect to middle frequency (by low-frequency video signal constituent corrector 6), and high frequency (by high-frequency video signal constituent corrector 7). Then signal black level is fixed in non- controlled fixation unit 10. All video signal processing circuits are isolated with respect to power supply due to several independent power supplies 14 of power supply unit 12, which voltage converter 13 is designed using multiple-winding low-voltage transformer. EFFECT: improved image quality due to elimination of power supply lines stray pick-up. 2 cl, 1 dwg
