SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting fibrocartilaginous film-shaped formation from the posterior femoral surface, from the region of the knee joint and from the posterior tibial surface. Fibrous cord-shaped formation is dissected from the posterior femoral surface and from calcanean bone. Leg deformity is corrected by applying distraction method. The shin is unbent to the angle of 180 deg. Accessory foot is excised. Additional foot muscle tendons are used for creating lateral ligaments of the knee joint.
