FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: in a fluidized-bed process of granulation of fine materials, binder solution is sprayed directly in fluidized bed while setting up aperture angle of nozzle spray torch at 35-55 deg. and temperature in fluidized bed within a range of 25-45 C. In addition, weight ratio of binder solution, spraying air, and fine material in fluidized bed is 1:(1.2- 2.0):(1.5-3.0); 65-75 wt % of binder solution is sprayed in initial material- supply zone and 35-25 wt % in caught dust return zone. Height of fluidized bed is found from formula: H = 1.5-1.8(H = 1,5-1,8(hф+3,5dc)), where H is average height of fluidized bed, mm; hф height of nozzle center from the level of air-distribution grid of granulator, mm; dc diameter of air sprayer nozzle.
