APPARATUS WITH TWO LOCK VALVES FOR APPLYING CHEMICALLY REACTING TWO-COMPONENT MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2152266 C1

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pressure tanks for components, first hoses for connecting tanks to sprayer head, second hoses for supplying compressed air via their one ends into tanks and via their other ends into sprayer heads. Lock valves are positioned on first valves upstream of their outlet ends. Sprayer head has two air nozzles with diffusion channels, each adapted for outlet end of related hose for supplying compressed air into sprayer head. Axes of air nozzles are inclined so as to provide collision between two air flows behind diffusion channels. Each diffusion channel is formed as cylinder with bottom into which air nozzle outlet end is inserted. Outlet openings of first hoses are disposed in diffusion channel walls which are inclined one to the other for providing collision between liquid component flows at channel outlet ends and for deforming each component flow, when it is forced through diffusion channel under the action of channel wall and accompanying compressed air flow. Outlet ends of first hoses are positioned in negative pressure zones created between compressed air flow and diffusion channel walls, which are not in contact with compressed air flows, to provide intensified mixing of liquid components. Lock valve has axially aligned casing, sleeve with partition wall separating inlet cavity from outlet cavity, inlet and outlet side openings, and flexible gate-branch pipe positioned between casing and sleeve and adapted to be radially deformed by outer pressure forces along the whole length between end portions immovably pressed to respective sleeve parts. Such construction allows continuous adjustment of flow. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of end product. 4 cl, 4 dwg
