HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONTROL OVER PRESS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system of control over press includes power supply source communicating with actuating hydraulic cylinders via hydraulic distributors with butt spaces. System also has control pump, hydraulic vessel for working fluid coming in the form of body and piston with drive mounted in it with formation of two spaces. System is provided with hydraulic distributor device linked to hydraulic cylinder of drive controlled by two-position hydraulic distributor, control pump and butt spaces of actuating cylinders. Linkage is realized by means of control lines. Hydraulic distributor device is made of flat control valve with mobile and immobile plates, communication plates and programming discs put on axis common with flat control valve. Working space of hydraulic vessel houses plunger hydraulic cylinder and float. Space of plunger hydraulic cylinder communicates with working space of hydraulic vessel via non-return valve. Float is mounted for shutting off hole in piston of hydraulic vessel that communicates space collecting drain leaks with space of plunger hydraulic cylinder.
