FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: composition contains 10-80% of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer, 10-50% of product of interaction of oxyethylated alkylphenol-dioxane resin with phthalic anhydride, and solvent - the balance. In a preferred embodiment of invention, composition additionally contains oxyethylated polyester product (2- 10%), above-said block copolymer and interaction product being contained in amounts 10-80 and 10-50%, respectively.
