FIELD: optical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has light source and optical element, which is displaced with respect to incident radiation axis. Optical element is designed as mirror elliptic paraboloid, which concavity is directed towards light source. Vertex of optical paraboloid is displaced from incident radiation axis by distance, which is not greater than back segment size. Elliptic paraboloid axis inclination angle β with respect to incident radiation axis and incident radiation axis inclination angle α conform to condition 90°-α < β < 280°-3α. Parameters p and q in elliptic paraboloid equation (x2/p+y2/q) = 2z conform to condition 1,5 < q/p < 2,3. EFFECT: increased efficiency of laser beam power transmission, increased maximal density in image plane. 9 dwg
