FIELD: production of power transmission lines with single-wire conductors. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as reverse rotation tube, which is mounted in inner rings of two bearings, which are mounted on reverse rotation tube and are displaced towards stationary socket, which is coaxial to them and is located on another side of tube. Stationary and reverse rotation sockets have coaxial holes for passing element for twisting. Guides, which are located between them, are made from flexible material. Also, reverse rotation tube carries gear, which is rigidly mounted between bearings and uses for transmission of reverse rotation from reverse mechanism to tube and reverse rotation socket. EFFECT: improved quality of cable articles due to decreased distance between reverse rotation socket and fixing device. 4 cl, 2 dwg
