FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: ventilated multilayer panel has forced ventilation by stream o air through cells provided with holes as result of pressure difference on one and the other side from this panel or along panel. Two outer walls 61E, 61I of panel have holes 63 in first wall 61E, holes 66 in second wall 61I and several holes 68 in inner partitions 62 for assemblage of cells 65, 67 to ensure circulation of air over various routes through cells of this panel subject to ventilation. Invention is aimed at exclusion of necessity of usage of special heat protection to decrease total mass of structure and to reduce labor input. Invention deals with multilayer panels that should be cooled, in particular, with panels coming in the form of partition separating secondary cold stream and primary hot stream in ducted-fan engines. EFFECT: decreased mass of panel and reduced labor input for its manufacture and mounting. 4 cl, 15 dwg
