FIELD: pneumatic percussive machines used in mining, metallurgical and construction industries. SUBSTANCE: air distributing device has tubular slide valve with internal hollow moving over surface of rod having radial channels and axial channel and two rows of longitudinal blind recesses constantly communicated with supply channels and periodically due to slide valve seating surfaces with rod radial channels and axial channel which are connected with main exhaust channel. With end supplying channels opened in seat or cover by slide valve, their communication with exhaust channels is discontinued and vice versa. Thus, additional prolonged exhaust is effected also from both chambers of machine. Intensity of prolonged exhaust is regulated by spring-loaded stem installed in rod axial channel which opens or fully or partially closed, with its front end, the radial channels depending on value of pressure differential in system and in exhaust. For this purpose, use may be made of stem of check valve with additional spring or distance sleeve. Slide valve may be made with external annular hollow for reduction weight or with asymmetrical internal hollow for regulation of intensity of additional prolonged exhaust of only of air hammer chambers depending on orientation of seating surfaces. EFFECT: higher reliability and increased hammering power under conditions of high air counterpressure at exhaust. 3 cl, 2 dwg
