FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: welt tenons are positioned on sole having portion with steps of different height. Openings are made in surface of mentioned portion with low steps. Bracket fixed on mentioned portion is provided with openings aligned with openings in surface with low steps, with rods being inserted through aligned openings. Pointed tips are inserted into rods. Upper part of rods is fixed on sole portion by means of clips. Welt tenons define antiskid device which may be removably attached to sole edges of different types of boots. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and convenient usage. 2 cl, 3 dwg
