FIELD: building materials, in particular, materials for building and reconstruction of framed and panel industrial and public buildings with a low number of stories. SUBSTANCE: the building panel is designed for erection of roof or walls of the structure, it has external and internal sheathings made of aluminium or steel profiled sheets, and a layer of warmth-keeping jacket of foam plastic based on polystyrene or of mineral wool. The panel may be made for attachment to building constructions such as itself, floor or foundation of the structure, roof eaves with a water lodge or a similar panel by means of fixing members and fastening members or means for connection of the above panel to a similar panel located on its ends. The first means for connection of panels located on its first end is made for connection to the means for connection of panels located on the similar panel that is made similarly to the second means for connection of panels, located on the opposite second end of the first panel. The foam plastic warmth-keeping jacket is made of expanded polystyrene, whose density is within 14 to 30 kg/cu.m. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and durability of building panel and structure on the whole, simplified mounting, reduced cost of building panel and structure on the wholes, improved ecological characteristics. 14 cl, 9 dwg
