FIELD: gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: stator has external frame and internal ring with guide vanes secured in them; each vane has external journal and channels inside feather. Heating-air manifold in the form of annular pipe with branches is mounted separately from external frame and secured on frame by means of clips and spherical-boss brackets; manifold branches have inner outlet holes spaced apart at t = 3-6 D, where D is outer diameter of manifold tube; mounted between manifold and external journals of guide vanes are intermediate shells with spherical and cylindrical slide bearings; channel in feather of each vane has exit to inner end of feather.
