SUBSTANCE: nitrogen loop is closed; it includes liquid nitrogen reservoir, submersible centrifugal pump, air cooling panel placed in cooled heat-insulated vessel, heat exchanger for heating nitrogen, expansion turbine with electric generator mounted on one shaft, expansion reservoir, throttle valve, Stirling cryogenic machine, Dewar flask, high-pressure pump and check valve. Cooling loop of Stirling cryogenic machine runs through nitrogen heating heat exchanger; it includes pump and heat exchanger communicated with surrounding medium. Stirling cryogenic machine is driven by electric motor or special-purpose thermal engine. EFFECT: avoidance of looses of nitrogen; possibility of thermostating habitable room without disturbing composition of air in these rooms. 1 dwg
