FIELD: entertaining industry. SUBSTANCE: garland has carrier device and inflatable ornamental members attached to carrier device. Inflatable member enclosures are manufactured of flexible impermeable material. Garland is equipped with independent pressure charging gas source. Carrier device is made in the form of inflatable hose of flexible air-impermeable material secured to gas source and is provided with readily detachable "hook-and-loop" type fastener. Fixing "hook" parts of fastener are embedded in opposite sides on outer surface of inflatable hose. Holes are made in hose wall between fixing parts of readily detachable fastener. Ornamental member enclosures are fixed directly to hose wall above holes, and their cavities are communicated via these holes with hose cavity. When air is drained off from garland, ornamental member enclosures are covered with empty hose web whose opposite edges are joined one with the other and fixed in this position by means of "hook" parts of hose fastener so as to form flexible tubular package concealingly embracing empty ornamental members within it. Such construction of garland allows it to be repeatedly transported from one performance place to the other one without damaging ornamental members, with configuration of ornamental members being of any complexity. Garland retains its predetermined shape regardless of duration of performance. Moreover, arrangement pattern of ornamental members may be repeatedly varied during performance.
