FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: waste water coming from small meat- processing enterprises is passed through grate and fat trap. Then, vegetable sorbent is added, mixture floated, filtered through sorption charge and subjected to biological purification. Resulting precipitates, flotation concentrate, polluted sorption charge, and regeneration water are subjected to anaerobic and aerobic treatment procedures. Biocenosis in biological treatment unit is fixed using special type of charge.
