FIELD: telecommunications, radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for wire, radio and relay meteor burst communication lines with and without reverse channel. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced second measuring channel, which accumulates voltage, produced by synchronization signal and information signals after their non-linear processing and comparison of total signal level to threshold value, which is significantly greater than threshold value of threshold gate. This results in possibility mutual compatible detection and measurement of delay of received signal using first moment, when total signal exceeds threshold value. EFFECT: decreased probability of false actuation. 3 dwg
