SUBSTANCE: composition includes hydrocarbon solvent and additive in form of nitrogen-containing block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide (with molecular weight of 5000) in form of diproxamine-157, or associated product of pyrolysis of gasoline, or mixture of gasoline and gas raw material in form of heavy pyrolysis resin, or mixture of diproxamine-157 and heavy pyrolysis resin taken in weight ratio of 1:; (0.1-5.0), with the following amounts of components, wt.%: heavy pyrolysis resin or diproxamine-157, or mixture of diproxamine-157 and heavy pyrolysis resin taken in ratio of 1:(0.1-5.0) 0.505.5; the balance, hydrocarbon solvent. Offered composition is more efficient in removal of asphaltene-resin-paraffine accumulations with high content of asphaltenes and paraffins. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 10 tbl, 1 ex
